Our proven Search Process is the key to our success in finding and recruiting the best candidates on behalf of our clients. Outlined below is our typical search methodology - for each engagement project, we work with the client to customize and adapt the process. Determining precisely the qualifications, experience and personal attributes the candidate must have to be successful are the foundations of the search process. Understanding the client's organization, its culture, strategy, goals, challenges and core values is vital. With this understanding we develop a position specifications and candidate profile. This step also involves the development of candidate assessment and measurement criteria and tools. Developing a communication plan to keep the client updated on the search project is a key aspect of the process. Candidate Identification: We utilize a broad set of resources and experiences - including candidate databases, investigative research and Internet tools as well as using the expertise of senior industry contacts - to develop the range of potential candidates. Through this exhaustive approach we able to identify a range of top talent for consideration. Evaluating Candidates: When assessing candidates, we conduct in-depth interviews and meetings to measure skill, knowledge, experience, career aspiration and achievement. Client & Candidate Interviews: Comprehensive, objective reports assessing each candidate's background, key strengths and skills enable the client to narrow the field of candidates. We assist in coordinating interviews and help facilitate final candidate selection. Reference Checks: Paramount to making a final selection, we conduct detailed reference checks to substantiate facts, establish accomplishments, and areas for future development, and verify performance records. Negotiations: We assist and facilitate compensation negotiations and help resolve any issues or queries that may arise to ensure the hiring is successful and both the client and candidate start the relationship on a positive grounding. On-going Follow-up: We maintain contact with both the clients and candidates to ensure the candidate's successful integration into the organization.
